Potters Battle Hard, Lose to Ursuline by 4

62-58 was the final score at Potter Fieldhouse in the championship game of the Potter Holiday Classic. But I think it important to note just how much better this team looks than it did 3 weeks ago. Marky Thompkins is a scoring force; they may very well have won tonight if he had not fouled out with 4 minutes remaining. And he’s only a sophomore; by his senior season he will be making All State lists. Jason Dickey is playing a complimentary role to him but he’s more than capable of stepping up also. Guys like Travis White and Christian Kyle are making huge strides off the bench. In general the team is playing with much better cohesion. They are only 2-4 right now but I look for a strong 2nd half of the season for the blue & white.
