NFL TV Maps for Pittsburgh/Youngstown/Wheeling Areas for Week 15

***UPDATE #2***

Now the 49ers @ Eagles game has also been pushed back to 4:15pm due to the snowstorm along the East coast. has not updated the coverage maps yet, but my assumption is those that were going to get the Eagles game (and originally were going to get the Ravens game) will now get Atlanta @ NY Jets at 1pm on Fox. If that game doesn’t get moved back. It and Arizona @ Detroit are the only games left on the 1pm Fox schedule. At what point do they consider moving Packers/Steelers back up to 1pm to be featured at 1pm with regional coverage at 4:15pm? I would almost think they would really want to consider it, especially if the New York game gets pushed back. It should also be noted that the Bears waited too late to get out of Chicago Friday night and their flight got cancelled. They are hoping to fly into Baltimore tonight, but if that doesn’t happen that game would have to be moved to Monday Night. What a mess.

I am putting this at the top of the post instead of the bottom so as to not get buried. Due to the forecasted Nor’Easter impacting the eastern seaboard this weekend the NFL, at the city of Baltimore’s request, has pushed back the Bears/Ravens game to 4:15pm. It will be seen in that timeslot in the Baltimore and Chicago primary/secondary markets only with the rest of the country getting Green Bay @ Pittsburgh or Tampa @ Seattle as originally planned. Also as a result the CBS affiliates in Chicago and Baltimore will not show Cincinnati @ San Diego at 4:05 but move into the 1pm slot and pick up Miami @ Tennessee. At 1pm all markets originally scheduled for Bears/Ravens, including the Pittsburgh, Youngstown, and Wheeling markets that I weekly blog about, will get San Fransisco @ Philadelphia, whose start time has not been changed. Kenny Albert, Moose, and Goose on the call.

The action starts with two games on the NFL Network. Thursday night will be Indianapolis @ Jacksonville and Saturday night will be Dallas @ New Orleans. Both games should start around 8:15pm. As for Sunday afternoon Fox has the doubleheader and at 1pm [see update above]. On CBS all local affiliates will show a 1pm game. Pittsburgh and Wheeling will carry New England @ Buffalo with Greg Gumbel and Dan Dierdorf while Youngstown will show Cleveland @ Kansas City with Ian Eagle and Rich Gannon. At 4:15pm on Fox all local affiliates, along with the vast majority of the country, will have Green Bay @ Pittsburgh with Joe Buck and Troy Aikman. And as usual the NFL Red Zone Channel will have its customary continuous live whip around the league all Sunday afternoon. The Sunday night game on NBC is Minnesota @ Carolina with Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth and the Monday Night game on ESPN is NY Giants @ Washington with Mike Tirico, Ron Jaworski, and Jon Gruden. As always this info courtesy of and subject to change. Enjoy the games!
