NFL TV Maps for Week 14 for Pittsburgh/Youngstown/Wheeling Areas

The season is 75% in the books and is making the turn for home. This weekend’s slate of games opens Thursday night with the NFL Network showing Pittsburgh @ Cleveland with Bob Pappa and Matt Millen on the call around 8:15pm. Sunday afternoon all area Fox affiliates will show the same 1pm game; Detroit @ Baltimore with Sam Rosen and Tim Ryan.* CBS has the doubleheader and this area will get the featured 1pm game Cincinnati @ Minnesota with Greg Gumbel and Dan Dierdorf. At 4:15 CBS has a true national doubleheader game that will be seen by the entire country except where local blackout rules prohibit of San Diego @ Dallas with Jim Nantz and Phil Simms. And of course the NFL Red Zone Channel will offer its customary continuous live whip around the league Sunday afternoon. The Sunday night game on NBC is Philadelphia @ NY Giants with Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth and the Monday Night game on ESPN is Arizona @ San Francisco with Mike Tirico, Ron Jaworski, and Jon Gruden. As always this info courtesy of and subject to change. Enjoy the games!

Also, there was one item I neglected to note on last night’s standings update: there was one modification to the schedule for Week 15 on December 20th with the Green Bay @ Pittsburgh game having been moved to 4:15pm to be the main Fox doubleheader game. The rest of the stated schedule, including Vikings/Panthers on NBC, has apparently remained the same. Given the Panthers current station in the conference standings I thought this game might get demoted, but one hates to understimate the Power of Favre. Also there weren’t many better options on the Sunday schedule to flex, particularly if CBS protected the Bengals/Chargers game.

*UPDATE* The Fox affiliates in Wheeling and Youngstown have been shifted to the primary Fox game New Orleans @ Atlanta with Joe Buck and Troy Aikman. Pittsburgh though remains on the Ravens game.
