Game 7 Awaits

So, who will be the hero tomorrow night in Game 7?  Will it be a star like a Crosby or Malkin or Datsyuk or Zetterberg or Franzen?  Will it be a role player like a Kennedy or Fedetenko, a blue-liner like Gonchar or Letang or Lidstrom or Rafalski or Kronwall?  A so-far underachieving player like Satan or Holmstrom or Hossa?  Somebody completely surprising like a Craig Adams or Kris Draper?

And, of course, the game might turn on a goat, not a hero.  A soft goal or bad turnover or hideous bounce or terrible call.  Then again, maybe the game is never close at all.  But I suspect it will be.  Both teams have played over 100 games since the start of the regular season, and it all comes down to this one game for all the marbles.  The Cup will be in the building, and it will parade at the end of the night.  Like I wrote the other night, if you watch one game in 5 years, make it Friday night on NBC.  Should be great stuff.  Go Pens!
