The Masters After Day One

Is lead by Chad Campbell after he shot -7 65 despite bogeying the last two holes.  I could be wrong, but he won’t be leading after 4 rounds.  More plausible is Jim Furyk a shot back after shooting a blemish-free 66 today.  Of course Tiger shot 70 today, and he’s won the event the 3 previous times he played Thursday at -2.  He left several shots on the back nine greens today and I pretty much assume he’ll play the next two days in like 133 or so to take this event by the horns.  Phil Mickelson finds himself tied for 51st after shooting 73 today, totally failing to capitalize on a relatively easy day for scoring at Augusta National.  I mean, even Larry Mize shot 67!  Would be really neat if he and Greg Norman, who shot 70, end up dueling it out like 22 years ago, but I doubt it happens.  Technically Tim Clark is in great shape after shooting 68 today, but he won the Par 3 contest, so his chances of winning are precisely zero.
