NFC EAST

New York Giants
Giants can clinch NFC East division title with:

 

1. Giants win, OR …
2. Giants tie and Cowboys loss/tie, OR …
3. Cowboys loss.

 

Giants can clinch first-round bye with:

 

1. Giants win, OR …
2. Giants tie AND Cowboys loss/tie, OR …
3. Cowboys loss AND Vikings loss/tie AND Cardinals loss/tie.

 

Giants can clinch playoff spot with:

1. Giants tie AND Falcons loss, OR …
2. Giants tie AND Falcons tie AND Buccaneers loss.

 

 

NFC WEST

Arizona Cardinals
Can clinch NFC West title with:

 

1. Cardinals win, OR …
2. Cardinals tie AND 49ers loss, OR …
3. 49ers loss.

 

NFC eliminated teams: Lions, Rams, Seahawks.

 

 

AFC NORTH

Pittsburgh Steelers
Steelers can clinch playoff spot with:

 

1. Steelers win AND Dolphins loss AND Patriots loss, OR …
2. Steelers win AND Dolphins tie AND Patriots loss AND Jets loss.

 

 

AFC SOUTH

Tennessee Titans
Titans can clinch AFC South division title with:

 

1. Titans win, OR …
2. Titans tie AND Colts loss/tie, OR …
3. Colts loss.

 

Titans can clinch first-round bye with:

 

1. Titans win AND Jets loss/tie, OR …
2. Titans tie AND Colts loss/tie AND Jets loss.

 

Titans can clinch playoff spot with:

 

1. Titans tie, OR …
2. Patriots loss/tie AND Jets loss/tie, OR …
3. Patriots loss/tie AND Dolphins loss/tie.

 

 

AFC WEST

Denver Broncos
Broncos can clinch AFC West division title with:

 

1. Broncos win AND Chargers loss/tie, OR…
2. Broncos tie AND Chargers loss.

 

AFC eliminated teams: Bengals, Chiefs.

Not sure why I haven’t been able to find this info at nfl.com the past couple weeks, but Fox came to the rescue.
