Veteran’s Day

On the 11th minute of the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month 1918 the armistice ending World War I went it effect providing a 20 year respite in one of the bloodiest episodes of mankind.  First commemorated as Armistice Day in this country and later renamed Veteran’s Day so as to encompass the toils of our soldiers in all of our wars, November 11th is a day we should pause to remember all those young men (and women) from The Revolutionary War to the current conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq that have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms.  And so we shall:
