A logical concept, albeit one that might confuse fans a bit. The Indians will divide their 2009 home game tickets into 4 distinct pricing tiers:
Giving it a quick glance, its fairly easy to understand; the midweek spring games are the cheapest, the weekend spring games next, then the summer midweek, then Opening Day, a weekend series with the Yankees, and summer weekend series are the most expensive. My only thought would be they might be reaching with putting the weekends in September, ie once football season has started, in the premium range. They might’ve fit better in a middle tier, particularly if the Tribe are out of contention. But I’m sure they are not planning on the latter but rather being in contention.
