For pitching? They signed Sidney Ponson. I have no idea how that guy still gets jobs in Major League Baseball. He has seemingly played for every team in the Majors. Teams repeatedly release him. For some reason teams ignore his track record of sucking horribly and then after actually giving him the ball a few times they make the stunning realization that he sucks and they get rid of him. And then some other gullible team comes along and pays him actual cash money to go out there and help them lose a few games before they realize the depths to which he sucks and they get rid of him. This cycle has been repeating itself for a decade now. I have no idea why. Now its Yankee fans that are doomed to watch Sidney Ponson get teed off on because he sucks to an incredible degree.
