11:31pm: I can’t wait forever for Lake County; I have to work in the morning. My best guess is Hi holds on to win by about 10k.
10:39pm: Still waiting for Gary to come it. Daily Kos is reporting numbers will be issued at 11pm. We can only hope en masse. We still have less than half the vote out of Bloomington; if those other precincts include IU students, that could be an Obama bump. But West Lafeyette is in now, and Hil maintains a roughly 40k vote lead. I strongly suspect she holds on, but actual numbers out of Lake County would be nice.
10:10pm: With 83% reporting Hillary is maintaining a raw vote lead of over 40k. I think she’ll probably hang on here.
9:54pm: Tippecanoe/West Lafeyette/Purdue is now 49% in and Obama leads by about 2.5k. Still very fragmentary numbers from Monroe/Bloomington/IU. Obama traditionally does well in college towns.
9:50pm: Margin is down to 52-48, but Marion/Indianapolis still in. Still waiting for any numbers from Gary, though. I realize those polls closed an hour later because they are on Central Daylight Time, being Chicagoland, but its still almost 3 hours now. I suspect Hillary holds on, but this could get razor close.
9:10pm: Still too close to call. Hillary has a lead of about 6 percentage points, but a lot of the vote that is still out figures to be Obama country. Marion County (Indianapolis) is about 2/3 in, but there is very little from Monroe/Bloomington (Indiana U.) and nothing from Tippecanoe/West Lafeyette (Purdue) or Lake/Gary. Odds are Hil holds on for a small win, but this figures to get at least close.

I’d guess you are probably right about the 10K win… But I’m holding out hope. Obama still has a shot. I’m staying up for the results… but I dont have to work in the morning.
